I think it's pretty nice and clean layout. I would spread header elements a bit, just to align the logo with the left side of text. The same with the footer, which should be aligned with left / right side of the main photo, or with the text box with a map. Not so sure about the icons in top menu. I think without them it will be simpler and better.
Other than that - nice work.

As EDi had mentioned this is indeed a rather clean presentation, although it could be slightly tweaked to have a stronger overall layout. The footer may have worked better if it were simply done in two lines running straight across bottom to fill in some of that excess space. The section with half of the red chair has many gray portions ending near to one another. perhaps aligning them would free it up. Also, consider fading bottom of half red chair section so it matches that found in section to right. This may help bring about a sense of unity in the otherwise well done design.

Well done. Agree with Loneorbit about the fading. The cut off chair seems to take something away (or hide some detail you don't want clients to see). But still well done.
